Developing leadership skills in children is one of the most important ways to grow our future.  Our counselors are terrific role models and will provide fun and easy activities to inspire leadership in your children. It is ideal to begin encouraging leadership skills at an early age.

 

 Our Leadership program is structured with the belief that the HABITS AND SKILLS developed in children that lead to success in life begin long before high-school.  Self-confidence and optimism are traits found in all successful leaders. We know kids are developing these important skills with ease at a younger age and they will become ‘natural” leaders when older. Developing critical soft skills is essential for future success.

 

Campers will master new leadership skills while having fun this summer. During the camp, students will have the experience of independently facing problems, decision making, the importance of using good judgment, public speaking, learning  negotiation skills and participating in cooperation and learning teamwork,

 

 Leadership skills come naturally when there is fun learning them and not in a pressured environment. We encourage students to explore their unique leadership role, to develop their ability and skills to make speeches on topics of interest, to solve problems creatively, and to communicate with others confidently.
